The Start of Our Story
Polyking began as a dream shared by husband-and-wife team Eric and Grace. After years of experience in foreign trade since the early 1990s, they decided in 2001 to build something of their own – a bag company dedicated to quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
The inspiration for the name “Polyking” came from a simple wash label on Eric’s favorite bag that read “Polyester.” That small detail sparked a big vision: to become a trusted name in the global bag manufacturing industry.
Since then, Polyking has grown into a full-scale OEM manufacturer, serving international brands with premium bags that balance function, style, and sustainability. What started as a family business remains rooted in the values of care, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

Establishment of Polyking
Founded in Xiamen City, Polyking was born in an era of rapid economic development in China.
Founded of Achilles & Polyking (factory)
As production demand increased, Xiamen Achilles & Polyking (the factory) was set up in 2004.
Expansion
Six years after starting the business, we have our own five-story factory building. With 5 production lines and more than 200 experienced workers, Polyking was under rapid development.
Self Industiral Park
To meet the increasing production demand, Polyking built an industrial park in Anxi, Fujian Province, which has been officially put into use in 2021.
The construction of the industrial park began – including five independent factories, covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters.
Polyking’s self-industrial park is officially put into use in 2021.
Expanding Production in Vietnam
To boost our manufacturing capabilities and global reach, Polyking has partnered with a factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Established by a Japanese company in 2004 and later restructured, the facility now runs six production lines with around 200 skilled workers. It specializes in apparel and bag production, enhancing our flexibility in Southeast Asia.
